Are you an experienced Power Press Setter looking for a better work-life balance?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing client committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking business and enjoy 3-day weekends every week!

Your Role:

• Set and operate a variety of mechanical and/or hydraulic power presses
• Carry out safe and efficient tool changes and machine setups
• Complete pre-start safety checks and follow ROSPA/HSE safety protocols
• Perform first-off and in-process quality checks using engineering drawings
• Report machine or tooling issues to the maintenance team
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with lean manufacturing principles

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Power Press Setter
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
• Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
• A proactive, safety-first attitude
