Customer Account Manager

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for Customer Account Manager to join our growing Logistics client in West Berkshire, RG17.

About the Customer Account Manager job:

• Responsible for the day to day management of selected customer accounts within a busy logistics environment
• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer orders and received and on schedule
• Control supplies and assist in the ordering of packaging and products for particular accounts
• Ensure invoices are raised and issued in time
• Provide excellent customer service to all accounts

The successful Customer Account Manager:

• Proven experience within a customer account facing position
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at a range of levels both internally and externally
• Working knowledge of a busy Logistics environment
