Job Description

We are recruiting on contract for a Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) to work for a leading rail organisation based in London.

Competence Requirements

The Contractor’s Engineering Manager shall be:

An engineer from an appropriate discipline, have Professional Engineer status with the Engineering Council (UK), registered with an appropriate professional institution & Assessed using form F0039. Submitted to DPE for acceptance.

The supplier must have a mature competence management framework and appointment
process, 02009 has a quad.

Other auditable qualifications appropriate to the work may be acceptable subject to agreement with the DPE.

The CEM may also act as the CRE in a specific engineering discipline.

The candidate shall also: Be competent to Level 3 of SE2, SE5, SE11 and SE13 of the Engineering Management (Systems Engineering) competences
