THE ROLE:
• This opportunity will develop your career in insurance fraud within a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
• This impressive team acts for leading insurer clients and are known for delivering innovative, practical solutions in challenging and often fast-moving matters.
• You will play a hands-on role in litigated fraud matters, with responsibility and autonomy from an early stage, while being supported by experienced senior fee earners.
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated fraud claims, typically motor or casualty.
• Assisting more senior fee earners on complex or high-value fraud cases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with a genuine interest in insurance fraud and a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience handling or assisting with litigated personal injury or fraud matters
• Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing deadlines and a varied caseload.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
