THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-rated team. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload of corporate and commercial work, with a strong emphasis on corporate matters. Working closely alongside an experienced Partner, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder and director matters, corporate structuring and LLP-related work, as well as some commercial advisory matters. This position provides an excellent platform for an NQ solicitor looking to develop their technical expertise, client-handling skills and commercial awareness within a supportive and well-established team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitors who have completed at least one seat in corporate or corporate-commercial during their training contract. The successful candidate will have gained hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and will be keen to build their career within a predominantly corporate-focused role, while retaining some involvement in commercial work.
