•This role manages claims and litigation for solicitors within the region, representing and advocating for Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and related proceedings.

•Responsibilities include providing legal guidance and support to colleagues on matters affecting professionals in the region, as well as contributing to the training of staff and Union members on legal issues.

•The organisation is looking for qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience and a background in employment law.

•You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional client care.
