Local Government Lawyer, NQ – 3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team, working on a wide variety of high-quality cases for public sector and insurance clients across the UK. JOB REF: 1265.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload across EL, PL, Highways, Housing Disrepair, Property Damage, Social Care, and Data Breach.
• Support senior fee earners on high-value and complex work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Local Government Lawyers with up to 3 years PQE and a strong interest in defendant casualty claims.
• You will have experience handling EL/PL claims
• Knowledge of Highways, Housing Law, and PL/EL would also be advantageous.
• You will have strong drafting, communication, and influencing skills.
• A flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to a varied caseload.
