JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Future Partner Track
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office)

THE ROLE: A well-regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its successful and growing team. This is a strategic hire with a clear route to partnership, offering a mix of high-quality work, strong team culture, and flexible working options.

You will handle a varied caseload of complex and high-value commercial disputes, while also playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the team. There will be opportunities to work collaboratively on larger matters and lead on your own files, with strong internal support and resources. Typical Work May Include:

• Shareholder and boardroom disputes
• Commercial contract claims
• Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation
• Professional negligence
• Breach of warranty and restrictive covenant disputes
• IP and cross-border litigation
• Injunctive relief and unfair prejudice petitions
• International arbitration

THE CANDIDATE:

• 4+ years' PQE with solid experience in commercial litigation
• Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to contribute to business development
• Either already operating at partner level or on the path to partnership
