COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 4+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50-55,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join the Real Estate team of this well regarded firm. JOB REF: 215301045

The firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Real Estate practice, advising clients from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a diverse caseload, contribute to business development initiatives, and play a central role in shaping the firm’s property offering.

• You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including sales, acquisitions, leases (for both landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions. Additionally, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other ancillary property documents.

• The role also includes collaborating with colleagues across departments on related matters, supporting Senior Leadership through mentoring and supervising junior staff, and actively contributing to business development and marketing to expand the team’s client base.

• You will demonstrate excellent client service skills, strong technical expertise, commercial mindset, and strong written and oral communication, as well as a flexible approach to meet deadlines while maintaining clear and consistent client communication.

• You may also be required to travel to other offices as per business needs.
