Job Description

PERSONAL INJURY FEE EARNER – (EL/PL), 2 + YEARS’ PQE, WEST YORKSHIRE, UP TO £45,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigator to become part of a welcoming and supportive Civil Litigation team. JOB REF: 1031

•The appointed fee earner will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including Claimant Employers’ Liability claims, Public Liability claims, and complex Road Traffic Accident matters such as pedestrian or cyclist claims, as well as transferred fast-track RTA files.

•Applications are invited from experienced Claims Handlers, Legal Executives, or Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE in claimant personal injury matters, specifically high-value RTA cases.

•Previous experience in EL/PL claims handling within either an insurance company or law firm environment preferred.

•The firm are seeking candidates with knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols, CPR, Practice Directions, relevant statute and case law, and workplace accident regulations along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

•This role can be part-time or full-time, with hybrid working options and a competitive remuneration package.
