Conveyancing Locum – 1st to 5th September, Staffordshire, On-site

Location: Staffordshire (Fully Office-Based)
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Start Date: Monday 1st September 2025
Duration: 1 week (until Friday 5th September)

We are working with a respected law firm in Staffordshire who are seeking a Conveyancing Locum to provide holiday cover from 1st to 5th September. This is a great short-term opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team during a period of annual leave.

The Role:
  • Office-based position (no remote working)
  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), Transfers of equity, Remortgages, Title checks and raising/handling enquiries
  • Ensuring files continue to progress smoothly in the absence of the fee earner
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors as needed
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Strong experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
  • Available for the full assignment (1st–5th September)
