Compliance Officer, Somerset, £40,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading regional law firm with clearly defined career progression, an excellent quality of work and the chance to join a team of like-minded and forward-thinking professionals. JOB REF: 0270

• You will promote the importance of compliance requirements across the firm and help support the best practices throughout all the departments.
• You will be responsible for assisting with complaints and claims, staff compliance queries, organising Monthly Risk and Compliance meetings and produce monthly and Annual Compliance reports.
• Exceptional communication skills are a must, as is being able to work to a deadline, along with the capability of being flexible when projects change.
• It is essential that you have strong IT skills and experience of a legal setting and the compliance required in a professional setting will be fundamental.
• The firm genuinely believe that a happy team, where staff enjoy their work, means that clients receive a better service from cheerful and motivated staff.
