Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), Newly Qualified, Birmingham, £45,000+ (DOE) – We are currently looking to recruit a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join a leading Disease Team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:0264.

THE ROLE:
• This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and highly respected team, handling a broad range of complex disease litigation.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims and work closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters, including asbestos-related disease claims.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Ideally experience managing fast and multi-track disease claims
• Strong litigation skills with proven technical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
