Private Client Solicitor (Partner), 8+ Years PQE, Cheltenham – We’re seeking a senior, driven Private Client Solicitor to join as a Partner. THE ROLE:
• Responsible for a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team
• Play a key role in business development and the strategic direction of the department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with 8+ years PQE with significant experience in private client law
• A natural leader with the confidence and capability to manage client relationships, supervise juniors, and help shape a team
• Committed to delivering technical excellence and first-class client service
• Strong business development instincts and the drive to grow a department
