Job Description

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL, SURREY, SALARY UP TO £37,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the expert commercial property team of a well-established and respected firm. JOB REF: 215300014

• The firm are considering candidates with at least 12 months minimum experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in a busy Commercial Property Department. Experience using case management systems is essential.

• The role will involve providing efficient and effective support to the Head of Department and other Fee-Earners within the team, contributing to the firm’s success by enhancing client knowledge, fostering strong teamwork, and coordinating departmental information.

• You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including drafting documents, organising case files, conducting Land Registry searches and submitting SDLT returns, carrying out AML and PEP checks, supporting the wider department with audio and copy typing as needed, and liaising with clients to schedule appointments.

• You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage your workload efficiently and meet agreed deadlines, to support the team in delivering the best possible outcomes for clients
