A well-regarded legal team is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to a senior Solicitor within the PI team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal secretarial experience in personal injury to join a busy, established department offering a supportive environment and a rewarding workload.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audio typing and word processing
• Manage digital filing, client file administration, and document retrieval
• Organise appointments, schedule meetings, and manage diaries
• Liaise with clients and provide ad-hoc assistance to the wider administration team

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within personal injury or civil litigation
• Audio typing speed of 65+ wpm and proficient in audio dictation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems as well as attention to detail and excellent written English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional communication style and a client-focused attitude
