COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices. There is an opportunity to progress to a managerial position or adopt managerial responsibilities for the right candidate in an established firm with a solid client base, no following necessary.
Applicants should have at least 8 years’ experience handling commercial property matters with an enthusiastic, pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
