Residential Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, up to c£40,000 (DOE) – This new opportunity will suit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:9318.

• This growing team have an exceptional opportunity available for an experienced conveyancer to be a part of its continued success.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Hybrid working is available, with the majority of days required to be worked onsite.
