JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: At least 3 years’ experience
LOCATION: Greater Manchester (Commutable from: Ashton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale)

THE ROLE:
This regional law firm is recognised in the Legal 500 is well regarded for its legal services across Greater Manchester. Its Residential Property team is currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of property transactions, providing a quality service to a main client of the firm. You will be dealing with matters from instruction to post completion as well as supervising a conveyancing assistant.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 3 years’ fee earning experience and ideally a relevant legal qualification. You will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of a transaction on properties including leaseholds, unregistered properties and shared ownership. It is essential that you are adept at working on a case management system and have exceptional client management skills.
