COURT OF PROTECTION PARALEGAL, MANCHESTER, TO £30,000 - Specialist law firm is seeking an additional paralegal for its dedicated team of caseworkers. Hybrid working and competitive benefits on offer. JOB REF:9166
• This growing team is seeking an additional Court of Protection Paralegal to take on a caseworker role.
• You will work closely with your colleagues and a team of qualified solicitors supporting vulnerable clients with diminished capacity.
• Your responsibilities will include managing property and financial affairs, liaising with families and carers, and handling a range of practical and financial tasks such as paying bills, purchasing essential items, and budget management.
• The successful candidate will ideally be doing a similar role in another law firm. Alternatively applications will be considered from those with experience in financial management within a fast-paced environment.
• It is essential that you have strong organisational and negotiation skills, alongside being a great communicator confident utilising IT and case management systems.
