Residential Property Solicitor (Head of Team), 5+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £Competitive remuneration package - Due to recent expansion, my client is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join their team as the Head of Residential Property. As the Head of Residential Property, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the Residential Property department. You will oversee a diverse caseload, provide strategic leadership, and work closely with clients, team members, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Residential Property solicitors and support staff.
• Oversee a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build matters.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the department to ensure its continued growth and success.
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and systems to enhance client service and team efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and third-party professionals.
• Take a lead in business development, driving the department's growth and presence in the market.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• At least 5 years post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Extensive technical knowledge of residential property law and a proven track record of handling complex matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for growing teams and developing relationships.
