Private Client Lawyer (Trusts), 2-6 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Competitive salary (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Trusts Lawyer to join an impressive team in Hertfordshire. JOB REF: 9102.

• Applications are sought from Trusts Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2-6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include preparing Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees, Deeds of Appointment of trust assets from Discretionary Trusts, Declarations of Trust to define beneficial interests in property and Declarations of Trust to define beneficial interests in property.
• You will ideally have STEP qualification or be keen to work towards
