Private Client Solicitor (Locum)

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – LOCUM, PART TIME, 3 + PQE, SURREY, CIRCA £50 PER HOUR, OFFICE BASED. A respected law firm is looking for a skilled locum solicitor to offer expert legal services and advice to their esteemed client base. JOB REF: 9057

•The appointed locum solicitor will independently manage a caseload of wills and probate cases for an ongoing assignment, until a permanent replacement is found.

•This locum opportunity is a part-time role, requiring 2-3 days per week.

•Your caseload will consist of a wide range of matters related to Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Probate, giving you the opportunity to work on highly varied and often complex cases. Secretarial support will be provided.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law and experience handling matters from initial instruction through to completion.

•The appointed solicitor will be able to provide high quality legal advice to the firm’s long-standing client base.
