PQE: Circa 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This is a varied and interesting role with quality work. You will enjoy a mixed caseload of:
Freehold purchases and sales,
Leasehold transactions,
Re-mortgages,
Transfer of equity,
New builds,
Lease extensions,
Leasehold enfranchisement,
Equity release.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should have 3 years’ or more PQE or equivalent experience and be either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC.

The ideal candidate will:
Be a team player,
Be self sufficient and proactive,
Be confident managing a diverse client base including HNW individuals, and
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
