Residential Conveyancer (Plot Sales), 2-5 Years PQE, Bristol, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy team in Bristol. JOB REF:9043.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2- 5 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a full residential property caseload, to include plot sales, from the start to completion.
• It is essential that you build client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be advantageous.
