Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham, £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable team in Cheltenham.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading regional law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, EMI options and share schemes, LLPs and partnerships and commercial contracts matters.
• The appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will work directly alongside the head of department and will be working on a caseload of complex corporate matters.
• You will be responsible for developing your own client list and will help in the growth and development of the department.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
