IP LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS’ PQE, NORTH WEST ENGLAND / REMOTE, TO C£100,000 DOE – Top 50, nationally rated team seeking experienced IP Litigator to take on busy caseload of work. JOB REF:8961
• Rare opportunity for an experienced IP Litigation Solicitor to join one of the UK’s leading law firms.
• You will join a committed and successful team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors, with an enviable list of clients and a healthy pipeline of work.
• You can expect to be handling a wide range of IP Disputes including the protection of trademarks and brands on behalf of UK clients at IPEC and High Court.
• The successful Solicitor will have at least 3 year PQE handling IP Disputes and a proven track record representing clients at all levels.
• You will have gained your experience at another leading national or City law firm as well as having top class academics; possess excellent communication skills and continually demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-class client service.
