The Role
As an Employment Lawyer for this highly regarded team you will manage a varied caseload of employment claims, offering clear, proactive legal advice, and guiding clients through each stage of their claims, from initial assessment to conclusion.
This will include:
• Handling a range of employment disputes, acting for clients throughout the claims process
• Providing clear, accurate legal advice, and managing client expectations
• Working to ensure claims progress smoothly and efficiently
• Managing cases from initial instructions through to the final hearing

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a solicitor or legal executive with experience handling a caseload of claimant employment matters. Your in depth knowledge and understanding of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures will be highly valued within this role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
