Employment Lawyer, 4+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE), Full-time or part-time opportunity – A new role has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a reputable team in Berkshire. JOB REF: 8837

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE looking to secure a new opportunity.
• The team act for both employees and employers providing a full range of support and advice covering all aspects of employment law.
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload to include redundancy, discrimination, grievances/disciplinary procedures, flexible Working, dismissals, tribunals, TUPE and preparing and Negotiating Settlement Agreements.
• It is essential that you have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm.
• You will also have the ability to develop and maintain good client relationships offering the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
• Full-time or part-time options available.
