OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Solicitor will oversee a diverse caseload, handling commercial sales, purchases, leases, and development projects across multiple sectors
•The postholder will have a steady flow of work from the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation departments
•Opportunities for business development and marketing to further grow the profile of the department
•The successful solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE and experience handling commercial property matters
•You will have a pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
