•The appointed solicitor will handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from start to completion, ensuring timely and efficient progress.

•The appointed candidate will liaise with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation as needed, while keeping clients informed and advising them throughout the process.

•Applications are open to a case handler with three years of experience, proficient in managing cases while ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law.
