Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Kent, £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – This Top 50 law firm is looking to grow their residential property team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Residential Property Solicitor. JOB REF:8655.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years of experience of dealing with the broad spectrum of residential property including complex and high-end matters.
• Acting on all types of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to advise on the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion on behalf of a diverse client base
• Acting for high-net-worth individuals, the role will encompass advising on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold and high value properties, and supporting other team members on a variety of matters.
• You will be responsible for building and developing the residential property offerings in the Kent market.
• You will be capable and confident to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, ensuring continuous professional development.
