Corporate Education Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Kent, £90,000 - £100,000+ (DOE) – This leading national practice is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Education Solicitor to their growing team in Kent. JOB REF:8653.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Education Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will advise higher and further education institutions, training providers, independent schools and academies and local authorities on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance, regulatory and funding issues.
• You will be responsible for advising on partnerships and collaborations between education institutions – drafting, reviewing and amending franchise agreements, study abroad agreements and dual award agreements.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, a good level of experience of working within the education sector and a strong business developer.
