JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The busy team of this leading regional law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to supervise the team. In addition to managing your own caseload of RTA, MOJ portal and OIC portal personal injury cases, you will be leading and training a team therefore office attendance will be expected often. There will be plenty of supervisory responsibilities and the role requires someone who can oversee the daily team activities, maintain relationships with suppliers as well as liaise with clients effectively and efficiently.

THE CANDIDATE:
Solicitors and Legal Executives will have at least 4 years of experience in dealing with claimant personal injury files with a value up to £25k. You will be passionate about training and leading a team and be confident in handling your own caseload of matters. Ideal Personal Injury Lawyers will have experience of developing the knowledge of, and training, the team as well as supporting the team. THE FIRM:
Leading regional law firm with a highly regarded personal injury team is looking for an additional Personal Injury Lawyer to supervise the team in Suffolk. The role does require some presence in the office for the appointed Personal Injury Lawyer as you will be required to supervise and train more junior lawyers of the team.
