OVERVIEW:
• The successful solicitor will mange a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
•You will be expected to offer legal advice on behalf of range of clients.
•The firm are seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE
•Experience managing a broad spectrum of commercial property matters
• You will have experience working at a well-regarded law firm.
•Proven track record in generating fees and building strong client relationships.
