CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
This corporate team is enjoying continued growth and is looking for a Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to join its established team. You can expect to be valued and trusted, challenged and motivated, supported and encouraged, engaged and involved. The firm attract a high calibre of work and all of the above will motivate you to succeed and grow as a professional as well as an individual. You will be responsible for your own caseload and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters to ensure continued learning and development. As part of a large Business Team, incorporating corporate, commercial and employment, you will work collaboratively with these team members and across the wider firm. You will work on a broad range of matters including public and private acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, investment and fundraising, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.
