What does the job entail?

We are seeking an organised and IT-confident Administrator to support the team in working through a backlog of information relating to Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans. This role is essential in helping the service return to a stable and manageable workload following an accumulation of outstanding tasks.

Working largely independently, you will ensure accurate processing, good record-keeping, and consistent administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who can quickly pick up systems, manage their own workload, and deliver high-quality administrative work within tight timescales.

You will achieve this by:

· Processing and clearing a backlog of EHC plan-related administrative tasks.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled securely and confidentially.
· Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet daily and weekly expectations.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

· Strong IT skills and ability to work confidently with digital systems.
· Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to manage tasks.
· Good organisational skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
· Previous administrative experience.
