Location: Remote (IT collection required from Shire Hall)
Salary: £14.91 per hour

About the Role

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Family First Early Help Monitoring Team. This role involves working with sensitive data to meet performance targets and tackle backlogs due to system redesigns. Your analytical skills will directly impact decision-making and the well-being of those they serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyse data to support payment-by-results processes.
  • Manage and input critical data into the system with exceptional accuracy.
  • Use Microsoft Planners to track and sign off tasks effectively.
  • Apply critical thinking to improve workflows and identify solutions.
  • Handle sensitive topics such as self-harm and suicide data with resilience and care.

About You
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Resilient and comfortable working with emotionally challenging material.
  • Proficient in critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Planners or similar tools is a plus.
