Job Description

Temporary Sales Administrator 

We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis (3–4 months). This role will support the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of this Sales Administrator role:

  • Process orders accurately within the ERP system (SAP).
  • Provide order confirmations to customers.
  • Raise deliveries and delivery notes.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Skills required for this Sales Administrator role:

  • Previous experience working in a sales office environment.
  • Confident in using SAP (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Details of this Sales Administrator role:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, 3–4 months
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
