Fire Alarm Systems Supervisor

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fire Alarm Service Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of large, networked fire alarm systems across London. The successful candidate will in conjunction with the Service Manager lead a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of fire alarm service engineers.
• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of fire alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and other relevant fire safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineers.
• Liaise with clients to assess service requirements and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating service visits.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in fire alarm servicing, maintenance and fault-finding
• Strong knowledge of a range of fire alarm systems, including conventional and addressable systems, ideally with Gent, Advanced and Siemens knowledge.
• Supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, BAFE, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Full UK driving license (preferred).
