Position: B+E Driver (with Tachograph Card & CPC)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 start
Contract Length: Approx. 6 weeks
About the Role
Pertemps is seeking a skilled and reliable B+E Delivery Driver to join our client based in Banbury. This role involves transporting vehicles, body shells, and parts across various UK locations using a van and trailer. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who takes pride in safe driving, vehicle care, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
" Safely deliver cars, body shells, and panels to strict deadlines.
" Handle delicate vehicle components with care, ensuring no damage in transit.
" Carry out daily vehicle checks and accurately complete defect reports.
" Maintain vehicles in excellent condition-inside and out (weekly clean on Fridays).
" Support onsite operations, including upkeep of the truck bay and compound.
" Work in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
" A valid B+E licence (C+E is advantageous but not essential).
" A CPC qualification and a valid digital tachograph card.
" Proven experience towing and delivering vehicles or similar loads.
" Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
