Position: Production Operative (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Village outskirts of Banbury - Own transport required due to location
Industry: Printing
Salary: £12.52 p.h

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is eager to expand their skills and knowledge and grow within a supportive, small-team environment.
About the Role:
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Only long-term candidates will be considered)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Assisting with an array of warehouse duties such as but not limited to:
Assisting with the printing of materials
Assembling / Production of merchandise
Machine Operating
Ensuring excellent quality control standards are met

Requirements
Must be a good communicator, have an excellent eye for detail, be physically fit as the role involves manual duties, must be reliable and have a willingness to learn and develop within the company.
