Production Assembly Operative – Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: West Wight
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Full-time – Day Shifts - Flexi work around 37 hours per week

 

Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a client with modern facilities and a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision assembly of small-scale electronic and mechanical components
  
  
• Use of hand tools and basic testing equipment
  
  
• Following detailed work instructions and build sheets
  
  
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  
  
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
  
  
• Adhering to strict health & safety and cleanroom protocols
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics is desirable
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
  
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  
  
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and structured production environment
