Stores / Warehouse Operative – Goods In

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Wellesbourne, Warwick, who are looking to appoint a Stores / Warehouse Operative to join their Goods In team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, adaptable individual with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to work, to join a friendly and supportive warehouse environment within the amusement arcade machine industry.
 
 The Role 
As a key member of the Goods In department, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing arcade machine parts returned for repair
  
  
• Handling customer returns
  
  
• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
  
  
• Updating stock information using internal systems
  
  
• Booking courier collections and deliveries
  
  
• Inspecting repaired goods and returning them to stock
  
  
• Packing and dispatching goods to customers
  
  
• Supporting colleagues with stock enquiries
  
  
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
  
  
• Communicating with internal teams via email and telephone
   

 
 Candidate Requirements 

• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Good level of computer literacy (Outlook, Teams & Excel)
  
  
• Numerically confident
  
  
• Good communication skills
  
  
• Able to work well under pressure
  
  
• Willing to carry out manual handling tasks
  
  
• Positive, flexible and proactive attitude 

 
 Hours & Pay 

• 37.5 hours per week
  
  
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
  
  
• 1 hour unpaid lunch
  
  
• Permanent position
  
  
• Competitive salary – dependent on experience
