Warehouse Operative / Picker & Packer – Temp to Perm


Location: CV34 6LX
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00


We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picking Operative to join a small, friendly team within a rapidly growing business that works with some of the world’s biggest brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

 
Key Duties:

• Picking products and components accurately
  
  
• Packing orders ready for dispatch
  
  
• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Quality checking parts and products
  
  
• Identifying damages, defects, or missing items
  
  
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail (essential)
  
  
• Previous warehouse / picking experience preferred
  
  
• Counterbalance FLT licence ideal but not essential
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  
  
• Good organisational skills
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  
  
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
