Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £15.05 per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the operations team in Wrexham. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage a team of warehouse operatives and ensure productivity levels are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operatives, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage the picking, packing, and dispatch processes, ensuring that customer requirements and deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock management, reporting any discrepancies to senior management.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing warehouse staff, ensuring operational procedures are followed.
•  Address and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare daily reports on warehouse activities, stock levels, and team performance.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock management, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Forklift truck certification (preferred but not essential; training can be provided).
