Job Title: Stock Administrator
Location: Wrexham
Salary: up to £28k per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Stock Administrator to join our lead manufacturing Client in Wrexham, where you will play a pivotal role in managing stock control, dispatching products worldwide, planning deliveries, and creating product kits. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate global deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and shipments to customers.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory for product availability.
  • Create and manage product kits, ensuring all components are correctly allocated.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM), tracking product components and stock usage.
  • Provide customer service support, responding to stock-related queries and resolving delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Process stock movements, including incoming deliveries, returns, and adjustments.
  • Generate stock, dispatch, and customer service reports, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve stock and delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with stock management and shipping procedures.
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints regarding stock availability or delivery issues.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in stock administration, logistics, or inventory control.
  • Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and product kit assembly.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating international deliveries.
  • Strong background in customer service, with the ability to address and resolve customer queries.
  • Proficiency in stock management systems (SAP, WMS, Oracle, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
