Project Manager - Wellington
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor’s type of works is predominantly refurbishment with some extensions as part of the overall projects within mainly Education and Healthcare valuing up to £5m.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all site operations, site team, subcontractors
• Liaising with clients and reporting progress
• Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
• Leading the planning and programming of the project
• Delivering projects within budget, by deadline, safely and to a high quality standard
• Managing all documentation relating to Health, Safety and Compliance
• Monitoring progress against established targets / deadlines
• Organising and supervising labour

Requirements:

• Experience of JCT contracts
• Trade background desirable
• Asbestos awareness
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Relevant driving licence
