𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
💡 Working as part of a small support team to provide responsive services to people, usually around 24 years old and above, who have/are experiencing substance & alcohol misuse and mental ill-health.
☎️ Liaising with other agencies regarding specific needs including Benefits, Mental Health, Substance Misuse
🎀 Building open and trusting relationships while Assisting clients in exploring options around education, training, and employment
⚡ Writing, reviewing and updating support plans and risk assessments, using a motivated and positive approach
🏠 Providing high-quality support to clients, helping maintain their homes and tenancies

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞:
⚡ Experienced in supporting people with various needs and backgrounds.
🏠 Have the ability to apply common sense to situations, whilst being accountable for decisions made and reasons behind them.
🌻 Be able to establish and maintain relationships within internal and external partnerships, and with multiple clients and colleagues.
🖥️ Able to maintain records and put action plans in place
🎀 Have experience of risk assessing and risk management
💾 Ideally holds a NVQ LVL 3 in relevant field
☎️ Be resilient and adaptable
🤩 Have an open, friendly personality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
 
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

💫 Working a 37 hour week over including Bank hols, Evenings and weekends.
💫 A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced level
💫 A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle will be required.
