We are looking for someone to start, grow and lead a Civils team out of an existing Cardiff office – supported by other regional multi-discipline teams.

This person should have solid career experience to date within the Civil Engineering sector. They promote a relaxed office environment contrasted with their sharp professionalism in order to deliver the best client solutions.

Your role would be to develop the Engineering team, recruit employee’s and help to win work –you would need a solid background on Civil Infrastructure. We would aim to grow to around 10 people in the Cardiff office in the first few years.

In return:

Salary £70,000 - £80,0000
